I see lots of Freshers, College pass outs and many others struggling for Jobs, doing job hunting. They keep on doing that, some time correctly and most of the time aimlessly. I see most of them don't know what to do? where to start? and how to progress?
Here I'm not about to tell about those "gheese - petee" advice, BUT guys,
What i had was a though that took me for a while and i like to share it with you.
It's Like this,
WHAT WE DO in general, while/after Study ?
- We are in last semester, We search for a good company that may offer a work on some nice project.
- Those who don't get any chance of working for some company, complete their project working at home.
- Then starts Job Hunting,
- Searching Internet for Jobs.
- Spending valuable time on jobs related forums/site/groups. It helps BUT ONLY SOMETIME.
- etc. etc. etc.......
- And some time (or most of the time) I hear they complaining, "Shit man !! no chance for Fresher yaar !! GOD Please Help, One Job, PLEASE !!!......"
CAN WE DO THIS, while/after Study ?
- We are in last semester, We search for at least 4 other good student and form a group.
- We 5 people start looking for projects/work. You see, we will get some good work to start in a month if we do some publicity in over family, relatives, friends, collage. ask them to help you to get some work. They will surly help. Don't forget you are a group now.
- As soon as we get out first assignment, We give a name to our group, our company. Say "UnitedStudents pvt ltd."
- now after completion of the degree/course, Start Job hunting AND Project Hunting too.
- If I say that It takes 3 Months approx for a normal fresher to get a job. it means you 5 people have at least 1 year to devote to the company if only 1 person is handling work at a time.
- If you see that your company is going good, No need of Job hunting !!! you are your BOSS.

1) Prafful shah, bought a brand new Mobile. The unit suffered from manufacturing defects, hence it was sent to the authorised service centre. The service centre was unable to repair the set and said that the problem was due to mishandling of the device. The company was neither repairing the set nor replacing it with new one, or refunding the money.
2) Mr harsh booked tickets for Mumbai to Delhi by one well know Airliner. His flight got delayed for more than 4 hrs. He demanded refund but it fall to deaf ears of management staff there.
This are only 2 of such cases of consumer grievances.
Now Many consumers are getting their grievances redressed without having to knock on the doors of the district consumer forams (consumer courts).
There are Many NGOs that help us.
SOME STEPS TO FOLLOW
a) Write a letter to the manufacturer, dealer, whosoever the grievance is against, outlining the problem and seeking an explanation.
b) Wait for 15 days for a reply and then file a complaint before the district forum. A format is available at the state consumer commission's office. Attach relevant correspondence and bills and an affidavit.
c) Within 21 days the matter has to be taken up for admission by the consumer court. Once admitted, the court issues notices to the opposing party/parties. Copy of complaint has to be sent to the other parties
d) The court gives 30 days time to the opposite parties to file their say; an additional 15 days grace period is also provided. After that courts can impose a penalty as per a 2005 regulation.
e) If opposite parties fail to file their replies, the consumer courts can hear the matter ex-parte and pass orders. Otherwise, the complainant can file a rejoinder in reply and the matter is then ripe for hearing.

ieSpell - Spelling Checker For Internet Explorer
Spelling Checking is Internet browser extension that spell checks text input boxes on a webpage. It is a MUST have tool for users who do a lot of web-based text entry (e.g. web mails, forums, blogs, diaries). e.g.
(i) if you Use WebMail to access your mails. then you see dificulty in determining spelling mistakes done in new mail, here you can use this utility before sending a new mail, you can check it from spelling mistakes.
(ii) if you Use Webbased data entry softwares, there you can find this utility really handy.
(iii) many more........
It works (right-click menu only) on other All IE based browsers such as MSN, MaxThone.
The program installs as a new button in the IE toolbar (as well as a new menu item under "Tools") - after filling in a form, just hit the ieSpell button and it pops up a dialog, similar to the MS Word spell check.
