Reliance broadband Review - Some facts

Some facts, I've come to know about reliance.

- WHEN YOU GIVE 500/- rs. TO RIL GUY, IF YOU DON'T GET YOU CONNECTION, DUE TO ANY PROBLEM [your/their side], FORGET ABOUT YOUR MONEY. AS THERE IS NOWAY YOU CAN CLAIM IT !! EVEN IF YOU CLAIM IT, THEY DONT GIVE IT :) [I've been the victim of this fraud]

- They Promise to give a connection in 3 working days, BUT It's not always that you will receive a connection in 2-3 days, always. I had to wait 25 days for a connection to my office.

- You must Login in/out to reliance portal to access the broadband service, and it is very annoying, and once you get authentication error, you are helpless.

- Always depend on online bills, they stop sending bill after 3-4 months [my case]

- No Doubt about steady and good speed all the time, BUT IT ALSO SUFFERS DISCONNECTION for 1-2 day every second week. BUT AGAIN, CUSTOMER CARE IS HELPFUL THERE.

- WHEN YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, THEY BILL FOR MODEM IN LAST SETTLEMENT BILL !! And you need to lodge a request to ask them to collect modem, to get the charge waived !!! Very bad trick.
